The University’s faculties planned training both internally and as part of the Tampere3 co operation. Tampere3 cross-institutional study, which anticipates the creation of the new university, continued to expand. Students from all three higher education institutions can now take courses offered by the other universities in the community, and over a thousand courses were already available in 2017. There were over 800 applicants for these studies, and nearly 2,600 students enrolled on individual courses, respectively 22 and 42 per cent more than in 2016. In August, the Study Guide was published on the University of Tampere website, thus bringing together all the instructions and guidelines for studies and studying.
